Day 1: Arrival - Nairobi | Sarova Panafric Hotel Nairobi
Met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Briefed by a Journey in Style representative and transfer to your hotel for check in. Dinner on this day will be on own account. Overnight in Sarova Panafric Hotel Nairobi (Complimentary, visit to the city tour, visit the National Museum and Transfer for JKIA)
Day 2: Amboseli | Amboseli Kibo Safari Camp
Pick up from the Hotel at 0700hrs by Representative, briefed and drive southwards to Amboseli National Park famous for its spectacular view of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro(weather permitting). Arrive at camp or Lodge in time for lunch and at 1600hrs. Enjoys an afternoon game viewing drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 3: Amboseli | Amboseli Kibo Safari Camp
Full Day in Amboseli with game drives at 06h30 and 16h00. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, is one of Kenya's most popular national parks. It lies 150 miles south-east of Nairobi, very close to the Tanzania border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli. Day 4: Amboseli - Aberdare National Park | The Treetops Lodge
Depart after breakfast and proceed north to the Outspan Hotel. The is the base hotel for your tree hotel-The Treetops Lodge. Lunch at the Outspan Hotel. At 14h30 transfer to the Treetops Lodge Situated in the Aberdare National Park, Treetops overlooks a water hole and salt lick, gifting visitors with the unhindered and closest possible views of wild game. While on Commonwealth touring Treetops Kenya, the young Princess Elizabeth became queen when her father, King George VI died on the night of 5th Feb 1952. The lodge is now open after 6 months refurbishment, the main character and façade of the lodge remains unchanged but an entirely new look of the interior.
Day 5: Aberdare -Samburu Game Reserve | Samburu Shaba Lodge
Depart after breakfast and drive north through the lush Kikuyu farmlands and coffee plantation to the cool Kenyan highlands to arrive at the Samburu Shaba in time for lunch. At 1600hrs, enjoy an afternoon game drive within the park to introduce you to the game in the area. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 6: Samburu Game Reserve | Samburu Shaba Lodge
Full day in the reserve with game drives at 06h30 and 16h00 respectively. Samburu is famous for its rare mammals that only survive north of the equator. These are the gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, beira Ooryx and grevy's zebra. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 7: Sambaru - Lake Nakuru | Sarova Lion Hill
Depart after breakfast and drive to Lake Nakuru National park arriving in time for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill game lodge. Enjoy some free time relaxing at the lodge. At 1600 hrs enjoy a game drive that will take you to the shores of the Lake famous for its birdlife especially the flamingos that form a pink hue on lake. Dinner and overnight at the Sarova Lion Hill
Day 8: Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha | Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort
After breakfast, depart for Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch at Lake Naivasha sopa Resort. At 1600hrs, enjoy Optional Boat ride with a visit to crescent Island, on Lake Naivasha. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in Kenya, outside the town of Naivasha, the highest elevation of the Kenyan Rift valley at 1,884.
Day 9: The Masai Mara National Reserve | Mara Sopa Lodge
Depart Lake Naivasha after breakfast and drive through the floor of the Rift Valley to the world famous game reserve, the Masai Mara arriving at Mara Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. At 1600hrs enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 10: The Masai Mara National Reserve | Mara Sopa Lodge
Full day in the reserve with both morning and afternoon game drives at 06h00 and 16h00 respectively. Considered by many to be Kenya's finest game reserve, the 650 square miles of the Maasai Mara adjoin Tanzania's well-known Serengeti, forming one ecosystem. The open rolling savannah grassland of the Mara is the home of numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topi, impala, gazelle, warthog and zebra. From June to September, the annual Wildebeest migration takes place when thousands of these animals sweep across the plain and seek out new grazing areas. All meals and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge
Day 11: Masai Mara - Nairobi - Departure
Depart the Mara after breakfast and drive back to Nairobi arriving early afternoon. Lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant, justifiably referred to as Africa’s Greatest Eating Experience, having twice been voted amongst the world’s 50 best restaurants by UK based Restaurant magazine., complimentary visit to the Karen Blixen and giraffe center then later drop off to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onwards flights back home .
