Day 1: Cape Town, South Africa

Day 2: Cape Town, South Africa

Get up early to hit the beach for views of Table Mountain in the distance. Then a scenic drive to the Cedarberg Mountains. A night in Clanwilliam, one of the ten oldest towns in the country, at Clanwilliam Lodge. Taste real Rooibos tea and learn about its health benefits.

Day 3-4: Orange River, Namibia

Continue along splendid mountain ranges up the West Coast north towards Namibia. Hit the Orange River the natural border and check into Felix Unite Camp Provenance. The next day is spent in a canoe with packed lunch, enjoying the water wonderland of the Orange River.

Day 5: Ai-Ais and Fish River Canyon, Namibia

Drive to Ai-Ais (“burning water”) for lunch. Enjoy the therapy of these hot water springs - rich in sulphates and fluorides and with a temperature of around 60°C. Check into the Canyon Roadhouse near the famous Fish River Canyon, the second largest canyon on earth.

Awaken before the sun next morning to climb the world’s highest sand dunes at Sossusvlei and Deadvlei. Stop to view the Sesriem Canyon, which was carved millions of years ago, by the Tsauchab River. Day 11: Petrified Forest and Himba Village, Namibia

The next leg of the journey take us east to Caprivi Strip then the town of Rundu. Spend a restful afternoon at Kaisosi River Lodge on the banks of the Kavango River. Why not adventure off on your own- visit the Mbunza Living Museum, a traditional cultural school and communal business for the local Kavango people, or take a sunset cruise. Or simply swim and relax by the pool with a sundowner.

Day 16-17: Kavango River to Okavango Delta, Botswana

Day 18: Okavango Delta to Caprivi, Namibia

Now to leave this beautiful place for Namibia again is hard but there is still plenty to see. Drive through Caprivi to camp on the banks of the Kwando River in Camp Kwando. Enjoy a game drive through Mahangu National Park and see as many birds as possible in this pristine habitat.

Day 19-20: Kasane, Botswana

Nearing the end of the trip, we head to Kasane, the gateway into Chobe National Park. Enjoy this second largest national park in Botswana covering 10,566 square km and spend the afternoon relaxing or participating in exciting activities at your own expense. Stay at the famous Chobe Safari Lodge right on the river. An early start next day for a game drive in the Chobe National Park to spot elephant then an afternoon on the river looking for lions and Fish eagles and just soaking up the beauty of real nature.
